Wow, it’s been a while since I last update my blog. It hit me wondering whether I blog because u need something to distract me from my course work. And since my course had completed, I don’t need such “distraction” anymore?
I’ve put my new year resolution into action since April and it’s still in propgress; though not as much as I would like to see. I read else where that some can see results in 6 months or so! I’m just wondering is it because I’m not training hard enough or genetics or whatever crappy reasons. *sigh*. I was told that I’ve looked significantly better than before I started training but some said that I’ve “put on weight” haha. I’ve incorporated cardio training for almost a month; my weight reduced from 89kg and stablized at 78kg and I’ve also started keeping measurements of my body parts. Hoping to track my progress and help me determine whether I’m loosing fats or muscle so that I can control my diet. I have to focus regardless and not be sway by what people say! Just make i step up with the resistance!

Been enjoying the wonderful feeling for 5 yrs now, and enjoy reading all the different idea here. I started small and with time starched to a 5/16 and love the freedom I received from this. Best time was docking with another guy and we both were able to make it last, till we both were empty. Is this blog to track and post our sounding or weight events? hugs to all
