I’ve put my new year resolution into action since April and it’s still in propgress; though not as much as I would like to see. I read else where that some can see results in 6 months or so! I’m just wondering is it because I’m not training hard enough or genetics or whatever crappy reasons. *sigh*. I was told that I’ve looked significantly better than before I started training but some said that I’ve “put on weight” haha. I’ve incorporated cardio training for almost a month; my weight reduced from 89kg and stablized at 78kg and I’ve also started keeping measurements of my body parts. Hoping to track my progress and help me determine whether I’m loosing fats or muscle so that I can control my diet. I have to focus regardless and not be sway by what people say! Just make i step up with the resistance!

On a seperate note, I’ve noticed that there have been an increasing number of hunks in Singapore. Sometimes I even have problem taking my eyes off them when I need to. ;p at times the come in tight office pants that highlight their bubble butt, or tight polo/tees/shirt that acentuate their pecs or bicep.

I’ve also been playing on my l2j sever for about two months. This private server is getting more and more playable! I’ve even learnt to put in GMShop, NPCBuffer, global teleporter etc. Though there is still room for improvement but I think it is good enough even for production service.

My gym regime has been holding up too – three time a week, two in the morning and onen Saturday afternoon. I’ve even renew my gym membership till 2014. I’m trying very hard to filter those negative thoughts when people say that they don’t se much result (yes quite a setback) but I’m just gonna focus on doing my training and increasing my load as I progress. When I just started my training a 25 kg bicep curl is already quite a challenge, now I can do 30kg! And I can feel my arms and chest got bigger and firmer. I used to bench press 30kg now I’m trying 40kg. Another one more month and I should be progressing into carrying heavy weight and low reps.

Recently I’ve been to some local sauna and I can feel that I’ve been getting popular. probably it’s too dark. ;p now I’ve such craving for a relationship that I’ve been missing for such long time. I hope that my special someone can appear sooner one thing for sure is that my straight relationship had taught me a lot of stuff. But then the bond for g relationship is so weak that I hardly felt secured. ;( how?

I wouldn’t say that travelling experience was mostly fun and an unforgettable experience. However the journey on the bus and plane is tiring and back wreacking after sitting for hours. And the chilliness in the summer of Europe is definitely not helping. It just distract you from all the wonderful sceneries and you just thinking of getting into somewhere warmer.

This morning, as usual, I was at the gym again. I saw the boy hunk again and after being disappointed twice, I didn’t give him much thought. When I finish my workout, I past by the sauna room and I peep in. He was lying there totally naked and this time his hand wasn’t over his dick and I could see that he’s erected. We’ve made our booking to Europe on the 2nd of March! We’ve fixed our tour package and confirmed our British aireay ticket! Here we come Europe, not now but in coming May.

I always thought that it will be a headlong or rear collision. But what I just encountered was from the rear-side of the bus. And the ironical part was that the bus was stationary. The bus that I was on was being wacked sideway when it was stopped at the bus stop. And it so happen that I was seated at the rear so that I have a front row seat to witness this.

Well lucky thing is that nobody was injured but the bloody car driver looks like he just woke up?! It was very irritating for this ass hole to make such mistake and waste all our time. And because if this we all have to alight to take the next bus. Though it doesn’t cost me to be late, but it cost me a comfortable seat that I get most of the time.

I also noticed that most of the body donated were male bodies. They all have this very long “string” that extend from their lower adominal to hold the scrotum. I didn’t know that this string are that long?! But my colleague who have seen it says that it could be because they are Caucasian.

For this exhibition they also show case giraffe and horse which, I heard, was previously not shown. All I can say about these animal’s body are that they have every thing big except their brain. In comparison to human brain, we still have a bigger brain than them! But what impresses me most was the complicated network of blood vessels that fill up our body. The network of veins are so dense that no matter where you puncture your body, you’re bound to bleed. Previously I was thinking that we’re a “bag of blood” that’s why we bleed everywhere. Haha now then I can finally visualize what they meant by our blood travel through blood vessels.

It was a tiring, fun, and educational tour.

As for the place, it was crowded like crazy! People in every floor. Mostly chubs and their chaser plus a fair bit of uncles. There are some cubs and huge bears too. Didn’t manage to spot any charismatic uncles though. The one whom I made out with likes me but I left him without my contact. I thought I like him but still clueless why I did that to him.

This is an intense experience.
